It is shown that Fe-18Al-2Cr-3CeO2 coatings have increased corrosion resistance and heat resistance (up to 1000 ºC). It was found that when using Al- and CrAl coatings, they exceed the heat resistance of steel 08X17T by 7-26 times, and FeAlCrCeO2 coatings, which were applied by DTN methods, by 5-6 times. The results of natural tests in the conditions of the flow of GTS combustion products at the fire stand of the IG of the NASU showed that the FeAlCrCeO2 coatings obtained by EM and ADM have a high strength of grip with the base, heat resistance and radiating capacity .>0.9. The possibility of replacing alloy cr-steels (08X17T) in the manufacture of flat external secondary emitters for carbon steel type steel 45 with FeAlCrCeO2 coating, applied by EM and ADM methods, has been installed. It is shown that the application of heat-resistant diffusion coatings on the surface of steel by who (Al- and CrAl-coating) can be used to protect parts of small heaters at a temperature of 1000 ºC.
