The thickness of the Ti- and the zr-sublayer was 300... 400 microns, and the GA-coating is 50... 100 microns. Tests were carried out on a universal machine for mechanical tests MTS 318.25 according to the standard ASTM F1147 «Standard Test Method for Tension Testing of Calcium Phosphate and Metallic Coatings». The result of the studies, it has been established that the strength of the clutch of the two-layer GA coating on the Ti-sub-layer is 29.0 MPA, and with the use of the Zr-sublayer, the grip strength is 22.7 MPA. Clutch strength data meets international standards ISO 13779-2:2018 Implants for Surgery. Hydroxyapatite. Part 2. Hydroxiapatite coatings applied by gastermic spraying. Measurements of micro-solid coatings have shown that the titanium sublayer has HV Ti0.05=3420±790 MPA, and the top layer of hydroxyapatite HV GA 0.01=1340±330 MPA. In the case of the zirconium sublayer, its hardness was HV Zr0.05=3720±840 MPA, and the top layer of hydroxyapatite HV GA 0.01=1530±410 MPA. A study was of the phase composition of the top layer of these kermet coatings showed that in both cases it corresponds to the stechiometric hydroxyapatite.
