Surfacing mode: voltage 32...34 V; current 1200...1300 A; surfacing speed 12 m/h; the gap between the tapes - 12 mm; tape feed speed 70 m/h; departure 4-5 cm. The technology provides in the first layer the required chemical composition and high anticorrosion properties of the weld metal, good formation of the weld metal, no pores, cracks, slag inclusions, surfacing productivity - up to 40 kg/h. The study of the strength of the connection of the layers during electroslag surfacing with tapes on the cut and separation showed that the strength of such a connection is at the level of strength for the weld metal type 08H19N10G2B. According to the results of research, the technology of plasma-powder surfacing of parts of oil and gas valves, which are operated in a corrosive environment with high hydrogen sulfide content, has been developed. The technology provides already in the first layer the necessary chemical composition and high anticorrosive properties of the welded metal on the basis of nickel and iron. Good formation of rollers during plasma-powder surfacing reduces the complexity of machining by reducing allowances. The technology of single-layer anticorrosive arc surfacing with PP-NP-30Х20MN flux-cored wire with a diameter of 1.8 mm of rods and plungers of mine hydraulic fasteners has been developed. Developed flux-cored wire PP-NP-30Х20MN has a high content of chromium and carbon, which provides the necessary performance properties in the first deposited layer. The technology of single-layer anticorrosive arc surfacing provides good formation of the weld metal, absence of cracks, slags and other defects.
