The aim of the study is is to investigate the influence of fields of different nature on the change of physicochemical and biological properties of nanocomposite, semiconductor and film materials. Results. Studies have shown a positive effect of a constant magnetic field at the induction of 0.17 T and an electromagnetic field of extremely high frequencies (EMF) of non-thermal intensity on the preservation of the shape of yeast cells on the surfaces of silicon and glass. It is shown that when applying magnetic treatment (MP) to an alcoholic suspension of yeast on the surface of silicon, complex structures are formed. The formed structures act as indicators of changes (distribution) of the charge and impurity state of the silicon surface under the action of MP. It is argued that this effect can be used to create test systems for the biological effects of EMF, environmental monitoring of man-made electromagnetic pollution. It is shown that microwave surface treatment of silicon wafers EMF also causes a magnetomechanical effect, which relaxes over time. The absorption of microwave EMF affects the processes of dehydration, crystallization and the rate of chemical reactions. Precautionary recommendations are formulated on the basis of scientific and practical experience in the use of microwave acupuncture methods in medical institutions; it is argued that the risks of biological action should be taken into account when installing 5G emitters. The advantages in comparison with the existing analogues are obtained and the possibilities of sorption of probiotic cultures on samples of dry highly dispersed silica and methyl silicic acid hydrogels are proved and their functional state is evaluated according to technological indicators.
