The subject of the study is to identify instruments for influencing the ECB's monetary policy on employment in EU countries. The purpose of the work is to determine which instruments of monetary regulation can be used to effectively regulate the unemployment rate in European countries. The study was conducted within the framework of international economic relations, international finance and international macroeconomics. In the process of research both general scientific and specific scientific methods were used, incl. statistical, econometric, graphical methods, descriptive methods, regression analysis, etc. Research materials are embodied in the educational process - general and special courses in international finance and international economic relations. 4 monographs and 3 textbooks were published. 2 candidate dissertations were prepared and defended.
