Mechnikov National University popup.description2 The proposed formula for shear viscosity of argon-like liquids successfully describes the shear viscosity of liquid metals (alkaline, transition, post-transition). The accuracy of reproduction of experimental data is (93-95)%. It is determined that thermal motion in different liquid metals is a superposition of two components: 1) circulatory motion of small groups of molecules (ions), i.e. nanoscale motion, and 2) vortex motion generated by hydrodynamic fluctuations on mesoscale; the self-diffusion coefficient in liquid metals is the sum of two components: one caused by chaotic circulatory motions of the immediate environment and the other caused by vortex motions in the field of thermal hydrodynamic fluctuations. The contributions of the collective drift of ions in the field of the thermal hydrodynamic fluctuations reach (20 - 25)% of the total value of the self-diffusion coefficient. The liquid-liquid coexistence curve and the parameters of the critical point of the Bi-Ga melt are determined: хc = 38.50.5 at.% Ga and Тc = 4951.5 K. The critical index =0.350.03 and the critical amplitude В0=2.40.2 are determined.
