It were established determining etiological and pathogenetic predictors of formation and course of combined pathology in children. On the basis of a comprehensive examination of patients, the "clinical phenotypes" of the combined pathology were identified and the relationships between the functional characteristics of the thyroid gland and endoscopic and morphological changes of the gastric and duodenal mucosa were established. A differentiated approach to the treatment of combined pathology was substantiated, taking into account the functional state of the thyroid gland, immunological parameters and the presence of Helicobacter pylori infection. Differential diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic algorithms in children with combined pathology have been developed and tested, which allows to optimize an early diagnosis and to individualize complex treatment.
