For the first time, new data on the development of histological and anatomical structure of tissues and organs of the human body, in particular, in connection with the formation of their histoarchitectonics and functional features were obtained. In the chronological sequence of embryonic, prefetal and fetal periods of intrauterine development the features and patterns of morphogenesis, formation and becoming of topography of separate organs and anatomical structures of the head, neck, thorax, abdomen, retroperitoneal space, pelvis and limbs were studied and investigated. The doctrine of the constitutional types of human physique, the functional component of which were extended and supplemented. The morphofunctional peculiarities of organs in the dynamics of prenatal development are determined, which is the theoretical basis for understanding the morphogenesis and etiology of pathological processes of organs and systems of the human body were extended and supplemented. Features of histoarchitectonics and spatio-temporal relationships of organs and structures of the human body are clarified. The methods of morphological study of the microscopic structure of complexes of human organs in different periods of prenatal development are improved.
