The purpose of the work is to develop methods for estimating modern breeding material of monoecious hemp, substantiation of the model of the medium-sized hemp variety for bioenergy purposes, creation of a population of monoecious hemp of energy use. Research methods: general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, generalization, comparison, classification, ranking); field - determination of sex composition of populations, observation; laboratory - evaluation of plants by morphological and technological characteristics, productivity, thin layer chromatography to determine the content of cannabinoids, etc .; methods of mathematical statistics. The research was conducted according to the existing methods of selection of monoecious hemp. The varieties of monoecious hemp Glukhivsky 51 and Glukhivsky 46 were taken as a promising source material. direction of increasing plant biomass. The necessary conditions for obtaining high biomass yields have been determined: application of mineral fertilizers N120P90K90, feeding area 30x5 cm, sowing rate of 2.5 million similar seeds per hectare. The "Method of selection of hemp for increase of plant biomass" is developed. The model of a grade with high biomass of plants is presented. For the first time, populations of Glukhivski 51 variety were obtained, the average fiber content in families of which is 39.8% against 31.9% in the standard variety Glyana or 7.9% more, which gives an additional income of about 19,000 UAH / ha and the variety Glukhivsky 46 the yield of air-dry biomass of straw which reaches 14.2 t / ha, which provides an additional profit of 2,600 UAH / ha.   Product Description popup.authors Biriukova Tetiana S.
