The purpose of research: Development of a control system for infectious animal diseases, the creation of new effective, environmentally friendly treatments and disinfectants whose use will significantly improve the epizootic situation in Ukraine, as well as reduce the state's dependence on imported similar measures. The main tasks, tasks or problems that needed to be solved to achieve the goal: - monitoring of especially dangerous infectious diseases of farm animals - development and implementation of a system of control and monitoring of quality and safety of livestock products: - scientific and experimental substantiation of new therapeutic and preventive disinfectants - economic evaluation of the effectiveness of modern antibacterial and disinfectants to obtain environmentally friendly and high quality livestock products in accordance with international standards and the marketing mechanism of their transfer to production. Stage 1 The retrospective analysis covered all regions of Ukraine: northern, southern, eastern, western and central. The epizootic situation regarding infectious diseases of productive animals and poultry in farms of the north-eastern and central regions of Ukraine with different technological characteristics of livestock has been determined. There is a tendency to widespread, regardless of the production capacity of farms, bacterial and invasive diseases, including protozoa and helminthiasis. When determining the microbiological composition of the microflora, it was found that it was represented by a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
