The subject of research is the influence of C - carbon and N - nitrogen on the efficiency of joint fermentation of manure waste and corn silage. 1. Purpose - to establish the ratio of the share of corn silage in a mixture with manure waste and their impact on the intensity of methanogenesis. 2. As a result of the research it is established that with increasing the share of corn silage in the mixture with manure waste proportionally increases the specific yield of biogas and CH4 per unit of fresh weight, while decreasing the specific yield of biogas and CH4 per unit mass of organic matter. The addition of corn silage to manure waste increases the rate of CH4 output from 1.4 (15% COP SC) to 2.0 (75% COP). The increase in the ratio of C: N in the organic matter of the SC leads to a decrease in the specific yield of CH4. Increasing the share of corn silage in the mixture with manure waste reduces the specific investment costs per 1 kW of installed electric power of KSU on biogas from 17 to 40%. The combined use of pig manure and cellulose-containing raw materials leads to a balanced substrate in the elemental composition, which contributes to the development of the association of microorganisms, the availability of biomass for fermentation and a higher percentage of processed biomass.
