The influence of the modes of formation and further deformation by the method of intensive plastic deformation on the structure and properties of powder composite materials in order to obtain high-temperature, high-strength aluminum-based materials has been studied. The research is aimed at developing the technology of manufacturing materials based on alloys of Al-Mg, Al-Si-Mg systems. The processes of consolidation and deformation of nanostructured powder materials based on aluminum alloys obtained by powder metallurgy with the provision of ultrafast crystallization of the melt when dispersed by high pressure water with the addition of nanopowders of refractory compounds have been studied. The application of the technology of obtaining powders by dispersing the melt with high-pressure water with cooling of the melt at a rate of ≥ 106 K / s allows to obtain aluminum alloys with a high content of alloying elements. The use of this technology with the subsequent consolidation of mixtures of powders of aluminum alloys with the addition of nanopowders of refractory compounds by extrusion and rolling opens the prospect of creating new high-strength structural materials. The influence of the modes of forming mixtures of nanopowders TiC, SiC and AlB12 with aluminum powders and low-crystallized powders based on aluminum alloys of Al-Mg, Al-Si-Mg system by extrusion and asymmetric rolling on the structure and mechanical properties of composite material is studied.
