The purpose: to increase the efficiency of providing medical care to patients with AH and CHD, combined with certain internal diseases, by improving pharmacological therapy, optimization of preventive and rehabilitation measures using modern information technologies. Data from 1502 patients were analyzed, and a retrospective analysis of the data from 1879 out-patient/in-patient medical records was performed. The control group consisted of 76 individuals. A survey of 48 doctors was conducted. Forthefirsttime, we performed a comprehensive analysis of the prevalence of cardiovascular risk factors in patients with CHD, who were registered with a cardiologist at the SSI "RPCPCM" SAD and underwent percutaneous coronary intervention. In general, the interviewed patients showed a better profile of cardiovascular risk factors compared to that in the EUROASPIRE IV study. We have studied some clinical and pathophysiologica lfeatures of MI inpatients of different age groups have been studied; as well as certain genetic factors associated with the occurrence of thrombotic complications in individuals with reactive changes in the peripheral blood. We have analyzed the data on a number of problematic aspects of management of patients with cerebrovascular diseases, inparticular the following: chronic cerebrovascular disorders in young people; features of pain syndromes in patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy and after stroke; changes in cerebral hemodynamics in individuals with chronic cerebral venous dysfunction syndrome and differen blood pressure levels; improving the complex treatment of patients with chronic cerebral ischemia.
