It is shown that the addition of an additional (outer) layer of SiO2 leads to a shift of the absorption peak towards shorter wavelengths and the effect of "shielding" the electric field. It is shown that the radiation direction of the dipole is a function of the position relative to the mpNP, the wavelength of the measurement and the thickness of the additional layer of SiO2. The available paramagnetic and ferromagnetic materials have been studied for their biological non-toxicity and relatively high specific magnetization, and it has been shown that the ferromagnet magnetite (Fe3O4) satisfies most of all requirements. A mathematical model of the behavior of mpNP in a magnetic field was developed and the parameters of the magnetic manipulation system were determined. It is shown that their concentration by a magnetic field requires strong magnetic fields with a magnetic induction of about one Tesla and its localization vertically in the range of one millimeter. An appropriate configuration of the magnetic system is proposed.
