It has been established that persons of different ages can form groups at risk of health disorders depending on age. In children, the incidence of anemia increases. A decrease in the level of urinary excretion of water-soluble vitamins C, B1 and B6 was revealed among students; there is an imbalance of individual microelements. When exposed to occupational diseases, changes occur at the level of the blood system, indicating the possibility of premature aging of the immune system. This applies to both educators and people from production, in particular, agricultural. Such manifestations are especially early in persons exposed to chronic exposure to low doses of radiation. They have a chronic stress state characterized by an increased level of cortisol, changes in the immune and thyroid status, lipid metabolism, and oxidative homeostasis. The imbalance in the interconnections between these systems manifested itself as much as possible under conditions of additional emotional stress. In general, people aged 18-24 who have lived for a long time in areas contaminated with radionuclides have developed signs of allostasis according to certain indicators of the immuno-neuroendocrine complex. Young people from the territories of enhanced radioecological control of Ukraine should be under constant medical supervision.
