At a maximum humidity value of 80%, the reduction in the conductivity of the film is not more than 0.5% compared to the "dry" carrier gas and the reproducibility of the baseline of the sensor is observed. The change in the humidity of the carrier gas in the range of 20-80% does not affect the magnitude of the responses to acetone vapors, and for ethanol vapors, such a change in humidity causes an increase in response to 25%. It is shown that the influence of the change of carrier gas humidity on the responses of the studied chemosensors is not very significant and even less than the basic error in determining the concentration of the analyte.
