That is why the development of software based on modern computer information technology is an extremely important and urgent task. The purpose of the study is the development of a complex of programs with modern software tools and carrying out with their help research in various fields of science and technology. The object of the research is modern software for solving urgent problems of science and technology. The results obtained have a clear practical direction, since they can be used in those areas of the national economy where the research was carried out. On the basis of the Department of Computer Engineering and Cybersecurity of the Lutsk NTU for the period from 2016 to 2020, five international scientific and technical conferences were held, at which the results of research on this topic were reported. Scientific provisions, recommendations and conclusions of scientific research work are fully published in 58 scientific papers in specialized collections and journals. The report consists of an introduction, five chapters, a conclusion, a list of references of 58 titles. The total volume of the report is 130 pages, 47 figures and 6 tables.
