The analysis was performed by PCR with detection at the end point in the case of variants IFNL4rs469415590 and IL6 7: 22766840 -174 G / C followed by restriction analysis. The obtained data will be used as a control in determining the association of certain allelic variants with the severity of coronavirus disease in the studied groups of patients - children and women. Immunity was determined by serological tests, serum cytokines and avidity and antiphospholipid antibody levels in women and children with coronavirus infection. Studies have been performed to determine the mean serum levels of vitamin D in women and children and the average creatine kinase levels in women and children with coronavirus infection.
