The purpose of the first stage of scientific research: To substantiate the content and develop appropriate tools (techniques, techniques and technologies) of the psychological service of the education system to overcome the socio-psychological consequences of the pandemic COVID-19. Develop programs of distance training courses for practical psychologists and social educators on organizational and methodological support of psychosocial assistance to victims of the COVID-19 pandemic to students and teachers with the involvement of the parent community. The main scientific results of the first stage of the study: The actual psychological problems that arose in the participants of the educational process as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic were revealed. The most important areas of psychosocial assistance to victims of the COVID-19 pandemic in the educational institution have been identified. In accordance with the identified areas and taking into account the best practices of psychosocial care for victims, a system of tools (techniques, techniques and technologies) to overcome the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic in the activities of employees of the psychological service of education. The practical value of the results of the first stage of the study is to improve the quality of socio-pedagogical and psychological assistance to all participants in the educational process in overcoming the socio-psychological consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic and improving the professionalism of psychological services.
