It is established that the target reaction products are formed at acidic active centers of moderate strength, and side reactions occur at strong acidic centers. It is established that the selectivity of the supported oxide catalysts in the condensation process has an inverse correlation with the strength of acidic active centers. It is shown that the condensation process most selectively occurs in pores with a radius of 3.6 - 6 nm at weak acidic active centers with Ea NH3 not higher than 30 kJ/mol. The kinetic regularities of the processes of acrylate monomers production by aldol condensation and esterification reactions have been established. The orders of the reaction reagents for the formation of target and by-products of the process of obtaining acrylate monomers are determined. The mechanism of processes of production of acrylate monomers in the presence of the developed catalysts is offered. Kinetic models of processes of synthesis of acrylate monomers by condensation of methylpropionate with formaldehyde and combined esterification and condensation of methylpropionate and propionic acid with formaldehyde and methanol have been developed. Kinetic and activation parameters of acrylate monomer synthesis processes in the presence of developed catalysts have been established   Product Description popup.authors Ivasiv Volodymyr V Milkovych Oleh I Mitina Nataliia Ye Melnyk Stepan R Melnyk Yurii R Nebesnyi Roman V Orobchuk Oksana M Pavliuk Anastasiia S Sydorchuk Volodymyr V Shevchenko Dmytro S popup.nrat_date 2021-02-06 Close
