The data is systematized and analysed according to the following criteria of employment of the HEI graduates: economic activity, employment according to the profession, type of employment, legal status of employment, income, average job search time, satisfaction with job and quality of training, geography of employment, secondary employment. The efficiency of the use of budget funds for training in the HEI is assessed according to the criteria of graduates’ employment. A focus group with the headmasters of VS in Lviv region, as well as the representatives of the Training Centre for Vocational Education was held to assess the relevance of the survey of graduates and employers in the region, the analysis of staff, logistical and other-resource support to ensure quality vocational education in the region, as well as to develop the recommendations for improvement of vocational education from the point of view of its representatives. The web portal “Indicators of the quality and efficiency of vocational and higher education in Lviv region” is created to provide the main results of the conducted surveys of VS and HEI graduates, present all collected statistical information on participating VS and HEI, and develop an interactive map. Recommendations on strategic planning of personnel demand in economy of the region in terms of regional needs in the qualified specialists are prepared for respective executive bodies. Methodical recommendations on creation of the integrated database on efficiency of higher and vocational education in the regions of Ukraine are prepared for the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
