The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of the use of military vehicles through the introduction of an intelligent system to improve its operational properties and energy efficiency. The method of estimating the influence of tire characteristics on the values ​​of natural frequencies of military vehicles in the plane of the road has been improved, which, in contrast to the existing ones, is based on the theory of nonlinear assignment. The following methods were further developed: estimation of the maximum accelerations of military motor vehicles under the condition of ensuring controllability; determination of the required engine power when turning; determining the effect of the difference in the coefficients of rolling resistance of the driving wheels on the resistance to skidding; assessment of stability when driving on a road with uneven pavement and when depressurizing the wheels.
