For the first time, the landscape of personal transformations is defined as a territory of personal changes with its own value-semantic and vector configuration; the typology of life landscapes of combatants and inhabitants of Ukraine, who found themselves in a pandemic situation, is constructed, according to the determined criteria. A model of socio-psychological support impact on post-traumatic life-construction is developed. The possibility of post-traumatic growth (due to COVID-19) is proved and the program of its individual and community support is offered. It is established the relationship between the range of self-control strategies and the level of emotional states' control; it is shown that self-control determines the effectiveness of life conflicts resolving. Thе peculiarities of active users of electronic socio-psychological support are revealed; standard sources of online support and levels of identification with electronic support communities are identified. The factors of quarantine maladaptive effect on veterans and volunteers are determined. It is built a model of personality’s viable communicative-mental space in the conditions of adaptation to social interaction in a pandemic; the biggest dissatisfaction is found in the study/work field. It is built a structural model of individual’s socio-psychological support during the experience of losses in a pandemic. The basic approaches to the socio-psychological support of IDPs are identified. There are defined the forms of online mode playback theater, and the features of individual’s psychological support by means of it.
