Object of research - model objects - representatives of three classes of vertebrates (bony fish, amphibians, reptiles). Was used embryonic material as well as postnatal material of animals of different ages, samples of the femur of a mature lake frog, the liver of a colorful lizard and green frogs. The aim - is to establish the characteristic features of the course of ontogenetic processes, primarily histogenesis and organogenesis in model objects from three classes of vertebrates. Methods - micro- and macroscopic methods of preparation, microcomputer tomography, scanning electron microscopy, histochemistry, histological, serial sections of embryos, differentiated staining, production of totally stained preparations, comparative method. The study showed features of ontogenetic processes, especially histogenesis and organogenesis in model objects of three classes of vertebrates (bone fish, amphibians, reptiles). Particular attention is paid to the processes of development of the skeletal and circulatory system, morphogenesis of complex structures, heterochrony in the process of evolution. A series of articles was presented, which presented new data and generalizations on the biology of development. ONTOGENESIS, EMBRYOGENESIS, VERTEBRATES, SKELETON, BLOOD SYSTEM, ADAPTATION, HETEROCHRONIA.  Product Description popup.authors Akulenko Natalia M Dzeverin Ihor I.
