The purpose of the work is to ensure the unity and traceability of temperature measurements in Ukraine in the field of contact thermometry by improving the state primary standard unit of Kelvin temperature in the range from 273.16 K to 1357.77 K DETU 06-05-98 (hereinafter - the state primary standard), and as well as improving its metrological characteristics and expanding functionality. The subject of the work is the improvement of the state primary standard of the Kelvin unit of temperature in the range from 273.16 K to 1357.77 K, namely, the improvement of its technical and metrological characteristics: reduction of uncertainty components associated with metrological characteristics of reference points by increasing purity reference metals to the level of 99.9999% by mass fraction; increasing the accuracy of electrical resistance measurements of reference platinum resistance thermometers PTS-25, VTS using thermometric precision bridges F900, microK 250; expanding the functionality of the standard in terms of providing conditions for transmitting a unit of temperature to high-precision measuring instruments with different designs through the use of liquid thermostat Libra model 785 and high temperature furnace Fluke 9116A, which are included in the standard and can be used for direct verification.
