Research methods - methods of identification, classification and inventory of settlements, generally accepted methods of modern fauna, florology, phytocenology, population ecology, ecosystems, spore-pollen analysis, etc. According to the results of the project, population markers of adaptation of species to changes in environmental conditions were identified, subcellular-molecular markers of monitoring changes in biochemical processes as adaptation of organism phytosystems to reservogenic changes in ecological conditions in protected areas were analyzed. Changes in the dynamics of deposited carbon in ecosystems as an indicator of their state and prospects for development in terms of various forms of environmental protection have also been studied. New approaches to the assessment of the state of populations on the basis of viability parameters, age and sex structures are proposed in order to improve the ways of conservation and restoration of biodiversity in protected areas. It is established that in vegetatively active species under conditions of development without vegetative reproduction the vitality of individuals and their relative age increases significantly. In vegetatively active species, the effect of autonomous development of shoots and partial (partial bushes) is inherent, as a result of which the initial vitality of maternal individuals of seed origin is significantly changed or even leveled. There is a prolonged effect of the original or previous vitality of the individual on its short-term perspective. The effect of inertia of the vitality of individuals and populations causes a gradual change in vitality with chan Product Description popup.authors Andrieieva Olga O. Bashta Andriy-Taras V.
