In particular, it was suggested the need to introduce standards of harmonious development in the activities of the organization. In addition, the need to implement corporate social responsibility initiatives in the enterprise was substantiated. The standards of corporate social responsibility used in the activities of Ukrainian enterprises were also studied. Differences in the standards of corporate social responsibility of Ukrainian and foreign enterprises were also identified. The study also proposes a method of making managerial decisions about corporate social responsibility, which is based on the mathematical apparatus of the Analytical Hierarchical Process. The developed method allows to analyze the impact of stakeholders on corporate social responsibility, as well as to form proposals aimed at improving its various aspects, taking into account the interests of stakeholders.
