The purpose of the work is to study new concepts of development of algorithmic and software tools for building a single algorithmic model of visualization and computer modeling environment (SVKM) and creating on its basis SVKM new generation for mass use in solving various scientific, technical and socio-domestic problems, which will allow modeling tools to create an intelligent system of rehabilitation and rehabilitation of servicemen with the ability to use visualization to monitor the effectiveness of medical measures. Research methods - modern methods of computational geometry, computer graphics, computer modeling, pattern recognition, data classification. Algorithmic tools for the model of a single multi-algorithmic environment (MEAS) based on the Voronoi Diagram have been formalized. The formal definition of the main tasks of image processing is given, the requirements to MEAS are analyzed. The MEAS device has been developed. The algorithms for constructing an approximation of the Voronoi diagram for a set of arbitrary objects on a plane based on the Voronoi diagram for simple objects - points or segments are generalized. The concepts of the median axis and the Voronoi skeleton are introduced, which are basic geometric representations in image processing problems. A new algorithm for mid-axis regularization based on the multiplicative SAT scaling method and the power diagram is proposed. The model of management of rehabilitation of servicemen built on the basis of MEAS is offered. A complex of video recording of human movements has been created.
