Research methods: as part of the system-operational methodological approach used a number of known methods: descriptive, critical, comparative, comparative-typological, linguistic, genetic, causal, method of direct components and dependence trees, methods of etymological, component and pragmatic analysis, text analysis, linguistic culture interpretation, quantitative and qualitative analysis, etc. The paper investigates: the degree of reflection of oriental material in the current state of the museum exposition; the range of exhibits needed to replenish the collection; types of excursions conducted in the museum; classification of exhibits of the collection; prospects of replenishment of the collection with exhibits representing the research of prof. K.M. Tyshchenko in the field of toponymy: eastern influences on the toponymic map of Ukraine, in particular the activities of the Arab federations of Byzantium; division of multi-vector influences on the toponymy of Ukraine with their division into 42 periods; problems of semantic changes in words on the example of connotations and valences of ancient Avestan words; the problem of unrealistic language predictions.
