The main parameters of genetic diversity of rabbits of three breeds on the basis of their genetic polymorphism are determined. The distribution of interbreed genetic diversity GST for ISSR-marker (ACC) 6G - 64.3%, (AG) 9C - 48.6%, (GA) 9C - 52.1%. The average heterozygosity (H) for polylocus DNA markers was: (AG) 9C - 0,165-0,341; (GA) 9C - 0.274-0.342; (ACC) 6G - 0.315-0.318, the proportion of polymorphic loci (P) varied: (AG) 9C - 0.500-0.549; (GA) 9C - 0.674-0.745; (ACC) 6G - 0.710-0.781. Based on the obtained data of the genetic structure, the clustering of genetic relationships of rabbits of the breed Poltava silver, Soviet chinchilla and New Zealand white was carried out. Identified unique ISSR-marker for rabbits, which can be used to select pairs for hybridization in order to obtain maximum genetic variability in the offspring.
