The development of organic and organic production is being promoted worldwide. Saving the ecological cleanliness of plantations and products is possible by reducing the pesticidal load, which is unacceptable on unstable varieties. An alternative way is to plant plantations of new-generation grape varieties, which require only 4-5 prophylactic pesticide treatments to maintain viability and normal fruiting. Modern breeding methods allow you to create varieties with a given level of signs of interest - indicators of plasticity and productivity. One method is to use MS markers to determine the genetic conditionality of the level of expression of economic and valuable traits. The purpose of our work was to substantiate the principles of forming the basics of biodynamic viticulture and to determine the possibility of using MS markers in the breeding process.
