The peculiarities of designing the educational environment of the gymnasium in the conditions of quarantine are determined. The pedagogical conditions of designing the information and communication component of the educational environment of the gymnasium are determined and experimented. The pedagogical conditions for designing the technology of personality-oriented learning in the educational environment of the gymnasium are determined and their effectiveness is checked. The pedagogical conditions of designing the variable component of the educational program of the gymnasium are singled out and substantiated, namely: theoretical, methodical, organizational-pedagogical, resource. The levels of innovation of the educational environment of the gymnasium (innovation-productive; innovation-experimental, innovation-adaptive) are determined and characterized. The tools for assessing the state of the educational environment of the gymnasium (questionnaires, questionnaire, and qualimetric model) have been developed and substantiated. The list of necessary normative expenses for educational services provided by educational institutions in Ukraine is determined. A sequence of measures / stages for the implementation of the program of transition of general education institutions / gymnasiums to regulatory funding has been developed and presented.
