Have been created prerequisites for the implementation of the developed scientific and methodological support in the practice of educational institutions; forecasting of the social effect from the implementation of the research results; summarized and systematized the main results of the study. A criterion apparatus developed for selecting forms, methods and means, partly for content, since at the time of completion of the study, the subject "informatics" was qualified as "selectively obligatory" for institutions of general secondary education of the III level by the normative documents of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Consequently, the subject highlighted into a separate branch of education (information industry), which should at the level of the NAPS of Ukraine affect, at least, the number of scientists researching the relevant problems and scientifically level of researching. Have been developed recommendations for the planning and organization of teaching computer science in grades 10-11 (lyceums, high school), taking into account the need to implement a competence-based approach. Elements of a methodological system for teaching computer science at the standard level in of the third level general secondary education institutions developed too. The toolkit for the development of training profiles reflected in the relevant publications and brought to educational institutions by using modern internet technologies.
