The foreign experience of restoring the sphere of life in the post-conflict territories is studied and the possibilities of its application in modern conditions of management of Ukrainian cities are clarified. The directions of improvement of legal framework for social-economic and ecological safety of post-conflict territories are defined. Based on the results of the study 5 scientific and analytical materials were prepared. The results of scientific research are summarised in 4 chapters of the collective monograph, 10 articles in scientific journals (including 2 articles in the Web of Science Core Collection), 37 abstracts in the proceedings of scientific conferences and round tables.
