Kurdyumov of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  The structural condition, mechanical behavior and corrosion resistance of a number of alloys after casting and high-frequency shock load were studied and it was found that the use of UZUO leads to the strengthening of the surface layers of the selected range of alloys. After UZUO the corrosion resistance which is shown in growth of potentials of active dissolution of Ecor and in decrease in current of corrosion of icor increases. Establishing changes in the structure, chemical and phase composition of the surface of alloys after intensive deformation treatments is a significant contribution to the development of optimal modes and conditions of treatment of orthopedic prostheses and dental implants, as well as a necessary basis for developing new structural functional materials with a controlled set of properties application. The results obtained in this work are consistent with the fundamental ideas of physical materials science, and can be proposed as a basis for the creation of new technologies for the production of semi-finished products for medical purposes.
