The project aims to study and systematic monitoring the Earth's plasma environment using unique national systems of coherent ionosphere sounding. At the current stage of Project the operation of a multi-position Doppler HF measuring system in the Kharkiv region and monitoring of travelling ionospheric disturbances using the system mentioned above were provided. Databases of quasi-vertical multi-position Doppler HF ionosphere sounding over the Kharkiv region in 2020 have been accumulated. The current and retrospective data of multi-position Doppler HF measurements in Kharkiv region were processed in order to obtain the parameters of travelling ionospheric disturbances (TID). Reconstruction of TID parameters in the form of a perfectly reflecting waved surface moving at ionospheric heights was begun. The height of the surface is estimated using the data of the coherent ionosonde that had been developed and launched into operation in Kharkiv region at the preliminary stages of Project work.
