Object of research: hypertension, COPD, gout, comorbidity. Subject of research: cardiovascular risk, features of the clinical course of hypertension in combination with gout, purine and lipid metabolism, structural and functional state of the left ventricle, treatment of patients with hypertension and comorbid COPD, gout, quality of life, commitment to treatment. Research methods: general clinical examination, quality of life and health questionnaires, PGA, determination of pain intensity according to VAS, adherence to Moriski-Green treatment (4-item MARS); laboratory (blood test, urine test, blood lipids, blood glucose, blood electrolytes, blood creatinine, urea, uric acid (UA) of blood, UA of urine, UA clearance, hsCRP, ferritin, direct and indirect bilirubin, liver transaminases, the calculated glomerular filtration rate according to the formula CKD-EPI).
