Herewith the free hemoglobin indicators have increased weekly (regardless of the applied preservative solution), and the average RBCs radii have expanded significantly with prolongation of storage to 4-6 weeks. At the same time, the osmotic resistance indicators have impaired, the time of the agglutinat reaction during the Rhesus D antigen determination has reduced significantly. According to preliminary data, it has been found that the 0.9% NaCl solution (which had been nanotechnologically modernized previously with the help of standardized biocompatible magnetite nanoparticles) had a positive effect on the donor RBCs after their resuspension.
