The specifics of the activities of institutions whose lands are intended for agricultural research and educational activities were taken into account. Such objects included: experimental fields; restrictions on the use of land plots and their boundaries; boundaries of especially valuable soils; boundaries of territories and objects of the nature reserve fund; boundaries of cultural and natural heritage sites, regime-forming objects; real estate and rights to it; the rules of development, publication and design of national regulations on the example of DSTU 1.5: 2015 are analyzed. In this context, the main provisions of the structure, content and composition of the industry standard of the land management project on the organization of the territory of state scientific institutions and enterprises of NAAS, which will be the main tool for land management documentation on the organization of land for agricultural research and educational activities. in the use of these state institutions and enterprises of NAAS; the project of the branch standard concerning the organization of the territory of the state scientific establishments and the enterprises of NAAS is developed.
