It is established that the current legislation: Land Code of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine "On Land Management", "On State Land Cadastre", Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 5, 2019 № 476 "On approval of land inventory" do not take into account the specifics of land and property use provided by the state for the implementation of institutions and enterprises of NAAS of its statutory activities. The main problems that arise in the absence of taking into account the specifics of land use in the land inventory of institutions and enterprises of NAAS are systematized. It is emphasized the need to compare the current state of land use of institutions and enterprises of NAAS with the data of the State Land Cadastre and the State Register of Real Property Rights. The basic approaches and requirements to structural elements at carrying out the above-stated analysis are offered. Due to the analysis of the current state of land use of institutions and enterprises of NAAS, problems within specific land uses have been identified. This allowed to differentiate and specify the problematic issues that were not resolved in the legal field. The study considered the possible structure of the semantic database for the inventory of land and property complex of institutions and enterprises (on the example of NAAS). Scientific and methodological recommendations for conducting an inventory of institutions and enterprises of NAAS, an element of the study of which is the land and property complex. The land plot is not just part of the land and property complex, but its base, a system-forming element. It is recommended to supplement the existing procedure of land inventory with objects and zones that have the specifics of land use and property of institutions, enterprises of NAAS.
