The subject of research is the history, management system, functioning and development of non-Olympic sports in Ukraine and the World, training system for athletes (billiards, rowing boats "Dragon", taekwondo PUMSE, sports dances, cheerleading, powerlifting, aesthetic gymnastics, kickboxing sports, etc.) and professional training of relevant future professionals. The purpose of the work is to scientifically substantiate and reveal the formation of a system of scientific knowledge in the direction of historical, organizational, legal and theoretical and methodological principles of non-Olympic sports. Research methods. To solve the problems were used: general scientific methods of theoretical level (analysis of scientific and methodological literature and software and regulations); historical methods (logical-historical, concrete-historical, comparative-historical, retrospective); sociological survey; empirical methods; analysis of competitive activities and sports achievements; pedagogical observation; pedagogical experiment; pedagogical testing; functional tests and methods of mathematical and statistical processing of results. During the reporting period, scientific data on the historical, organizational, legal and theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of non-Olympic sports in Ukraine were obtained on the planned topic, published: 2 articles in a periodical, which is included in the Scopus or Web of Science Core Collection, 14 articles in foreign scientific publications, 50 articles in scientific publications included in the list of scientific professional publications of Ukraine and 22 articles by students under the guidance of teachers who are participants in the scientific topic. 6 textbooks and 3 methodical recommendations have been developed.
