The concepts of the phenomenogenesis of group processes in complex social situations of hybrid war, forced migration of internally displaced individuals, social transformations of the transitional society, protective behavior of the group in the conditions of collective trauma and group information traumas were developed. The concept of creating a collective image of the future in the process of intergroup ethnocultural interaction in complex social situations of conflicting historical memory was developed. The model of adoptive parents` interaction with children in complex social situations were identified. The model of symbolization of group experience of complex social situations coping in the process of post-traumatic growth of interaction subjects in small group and appropriate developmental tools is developed. The algorithm for remote management of online crisis groups is proposed. The main diagnostic markers of mental well-being of small groups` members in the conditions of social restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic are specified. Complex social situations are classified according to the scale of a person's experience of situations. Factors of problem interaction of social subjects are determined: cyclic character of collective trauma action upon groups, lack or changes of group identity and others. Patterns of the manifestation of psychological phenomena of interaction in complex social situations, the impact of collective trauma on social groups, the use of mythologisms of group confrontation were empirically confirmed (2997 people; 4260 news reports; 54000 online contacts). Group constructive and destructive strategies of elaboration of difficult situations are revealed. Means of psychological help to social subjects are offered. Group resources of overcoming of difficult social situations are defined.
