An Information and Analytical System for Decision Support in Agriculture (IAS) was made. The scientific novelty of the results is in the development of methodological and technological bases for decision support when managing agricultural production processes. The methodology is based on the joint application of mathematical models of the processes occurring in agricultural landscapes, moisture transfer models, evapotranspiration, use of nutrients by plants, soil chemical processes, agronomic and economic models of crop rotations, technical and technological parameters of reclamation systems operation. A series of new tasks for managing irrigation, selection of fertilizers, crop rotations, plant protection products and chemical ameliorants as well as for controlling technical and technological parameters of reclamation systems, were solved. The concept, architecture, technical and economic substantiation, algorithms for optimizing management decisions, IAS specification are presented. The structure of the database and the external design of the software were developed. The program design and the solution of the general task using a combination of basic and metaheuristic algorithms are presented. Techno-working design and software documentation were developed as separate documents. The software is available online. The implementation of IAS will increase the operational efficiency of management, increase the volume of information processing, ensure making sound decisions for production plans to increase agricultural productivity by 15-20%. The results of the work are recommended for use by agricultural producers, water users on irrigation systems, agricultural producers, scientific institutions for providing advisory services via Internet.
