The strategy of entering the publishing products of the NAS of Ukraine into the global systems of scientific communication is developed on the basis of the analysis of the presentation of the publishing products of the NAS of Ukraine in the world information space. Unified structured web resources of scientific journals have been created. It is possible to intensify the search for information, including for the conclusion and adoption of organizational decisions aimed at increasing publication activity and increase the efficiency of publishing. On the basis of and using developments, in particular the strategy of entering the publishing products of the NAS of Ukraine into global systems of scientific communication, the concept of the Targeted Comprehensive Program of the NAS of Ukraine “Scientific Bases of Functioning and Providing Conditions for Development of the Scientific and Publishing Complex of NAS of Ukraine” for 2021-2025 was confirmed by the Resolution of the Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine from 23.12.2020 No. 282. The most important result and implementation of the R&D topic is the intensification of the entry of scientific journals of the NAS of Ukraine into the world scientometric and abstract databases. All the results obtained, the expected changes in national law aimed at harmonization with the EU law in the field of copyright and related rights, increasing relevance of the introduction of publishing platforms in the practice of all scientific journals, indicate the need to continue work in these areas.
