The object of research is military personnel policy in the context of transformation processes in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to reveal the theoretical and methodological, methodological and organizational principles of military personnel policy in historical retrospect and in the context of the development and reform of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the implementation of NATO standards.
