A mathematical model has been developed that reveals the physical essence of the processes of transition of a two-chamber milking cup from the suction stroke to the compression stroke, taking into account the factors of negative mechanical interaction with the teat. A draft concept of precision livestock for dairy farms has been developed and a conceptual model of the production process has been obtained, which allows managing cow productivity and product quality taking into account the two main components that provide technological prerequisites for the product and the product process. The forecast of tendencies of development of technical and technological maintenance of branch of dairy animal husbandry of Ukraine is carried out. Given the negative dynamics, by 2020 the number of cows in agricultural enterprises may decrease to 311.5 thousand. To increase the number of cows in agricultural enterprises to 704 thousand, requires the construction of 430 farms for 500 heads each, the estimated cost of construction of such facilities without taking into account the cost of design work will be 8600 million UAH. or $ 337.255 million. A rational size range of farms for standard technology with tethered and untethered maintenance with the appropriate set of machines and a rational size range of milking systems for dairy farms have been determined. A project of the technological process of milk production on farms with loose housing in boxes has been developed and tested on a farm with a population of 1750 dairy cows. The technical and economic efficiency of technological processes of milk production, which is provided by accounting planning and technological solutions, is determined.
