The object of research - harmful substances (aerosols), optical and acoustic radiation, which are formed during fusion welding and in the solid phase of aluminum-lithium alloys. The purpose of the work is to develop methods of protection of operating operators during arc welding, fusible electrode and friction with mixing of aluminum-lithium alloys based on studies of the toxicity of welding aerosols, levels of optical and acoustic radiation. The expediency of extended research of ZA (chemical composition, levels of emissions and toxicity), levels of optical and acoustic radiation, which are formed during welding with non-fusible electrode, fusible electrode and friction with mixing of alloyed and chemically active aluminum alloys with lithium by using methodological standards for sanitary and hygienic assessment of harmful production factors. The necessity of radiation dosimetric control of the fusible and non-fusible electrode welding process is also proved. In order to create safe working conditions, a system of recommendations will be developed to reduce the toxicity of welding aerosols and gases that evaporate from aluminum-lithium alloys and methods of protection against optical and acoustic radiation during fusible electrode welding with fusible electrode and friction with stirring. On the basis of methodical standards of hygienic assessment of harmful production factors and the developed methodology of sampling ZA, gases and levels of optical and acoustic radiation it is planned to perform: - research of chemical composition, levels of emissions and toxicity of aerosols, levels of optical and acoustic radiation generated welding time of aluminum-lithium alloys with non-fusible electrode; - to determine the technological possibilities of minimizing the levels of emissions of determining toxic components of ZA; - to develop methods to improve the hygienic characteristics of ZA (mini Product Description popup.authors Kuleshov Vasylʹ A Labor Tetyana M Malakhov Anatoly T Prosyanyk Inna M popup.nrat_date 2021-02-10 Close
