The paper investigates the influence of technological modes of consolidation by hot stamping, impulse hot pressing and sintering, as well as heat treatment on the mechanisms of structure formation of powder reinforced composite materials. The materials obtained were tested at room temperature and at a critical operating temperature of 600 and 650 ° C. The optimal method and technological modes of their production were selected, the optimal composition and ratio of the components of the refractory and metallic phases in composite materials were determined.
