The purpose of the study: to improve the quality of processes and systems by creating and applying models and methods in deterministic, stochastic and fuzzy formulation. The problem of designing the process of interaction of enterprises in a single production system was solved. The physical meaning of the functional - the cost of funds to maintain the stable operation of the process.In this case, the final product of the production system. A method of forming a production system of three companies producing various environmentally friendly products has been created. The final products of the second and third enterprises are directed to external consumption.By modeling it is established that the maximum volume of the final product of the production system will be obtained if the fund-raising enterprise will direct to the development of its own production 0.8 share of gross output, the second and third enterprises - 0.45..0.65 share of gross output. The model of optimal design of RVS on the criterion of the minimum of design cost at maintenance of the set level of reliability during necessary service life is offered.The model is formulated in terms of a nonlinear problem of mathematical programming, and a special algorithm has been developed for its numerical implementation.The economically rational design values of the thickness of the structural elements of the tank with a volume of 5000 м3, depending on the required level of reliability, were obtained as a result of numerical experiments.
