An automated multifunctional system of laser polarimetry of blood plasma films has been developed, which implements these methods of polarization diagnostics of biological tissues, which allowed to increase the reliability of diagnosis for orientation parameters by 9.1% - 6.8% for wavelengths 632 nm and 450 nm, respectively, and increase the reliability of diagnosis parameters by 5.7% for the same wavelengths compared to analogues.
